The members take an active role in shaping every aspect of the brand, from developing their creative direction to designing wardrobe concepts for their visuals, making the group as hands-on behind the scenes as they are in front of the camera.

Every legendary group starts as strangers before becoming family. What was the moment each of you realized, "This isn't just another project—we've got something special?"
Being together when we signed the contract was our “aha” moment. The energy in the room was so high, and being with the girls made it a moment we'll never forget.
Girl groups have always been about chemistry more than talent alone. What's one thing each member brings that makes ENVII complete?
Khali brings the focus to remember what the end goal is. Rowan brings so much to the creative side with vocal arrangements. Kiara has the “it” factor on stage and with styling, and Taylor helps keep us on track.
Before there was "STFU," there were rehearsals, late nights, doubts, and breakthroughs. What part of the journey do you wish fans could have witnessed about ENVII?
The rehearsal in the house for a week! That was probably one of our closest experiences as a group. We got to live and work together for an entire week.
Every group eventually develops its own personality. Who's the perfectionist, the comedian, the peacekeeper, and the one who's always pushing everybody to be better?
Khali is always pushing us to be better. Kiara and Taylor definitely share the perfectionist role, while Rowan steps in as our peacekeeper and comedian.
Social media introduced the world to ENVII, but real artistry happens when the cameras are off. What happens in the studio that fans never get to see with ENVII?
The goofiest moments are always happening in the booth. Working with our production team, there are always so many laughs.
Pop and R&B are constantly evolving. How do you honor the groups that inspired you while making sure nobody mistakes ENVII for anyone else?
Just remembering that women are strong and can accomplish anything. Knowing the ladies who came before and everything they’ve done to pave the way, it’s an honor to be able to represent that in this profession.
If each member had to describe ENVII using just one word, what would it be—and why?
Resilient. It’s been a long and trying two years. Many ups and downs, yet here we stand today with a single out and so much more incredible music to come.
Disagreements happen in every successful group. How do you turn different opinions into better work habits and better music to solve the issues instead of holding on to bigger problems?
We try to incorporate every idea in some capacity. Even if it’s not today, usually we are able to circle back and revisit things in different ways.
Five years from now, what do you hope people will remember about this first chapter—not just the music, but the women behind ENVII?
The laughs and the joy. We are all such bubbly, dynamic people. We have also all come so far and worked so hard to achieve our dreams. We hope that in the future, we aren’t just remembered for being beautiful girls on stage.
If you could invite any legendary girl group or female artist into the studio for one session, who gets the call first—and what would you want to learn from them?
Nicole Scherzinger. After seeing the advice and insight she shared on Building the Band, we think she’d be able to share with us a lot of information on how to succeed as a group and flourish in our career goals.
The music industry can pressure artists to fit trends. What promise have the four of you made to each other about staying true to yourselves as your audience grows?
As we get further in our journey, we try to remain focused on each other and ourselves so we don't succumb to hate. Though we know how the internet loves to twist things, we try to focus on the positivity from both our audience and each other.
Years from now, when fans look back at "STFU" as the beginning of your story, what do you hope they'll say ENVII stood for beyond the music?
We believe in empowering women. We hope that throughout our careers, we are able to carry that with us through the ups and downs of the music industry.
