Alex Harris has been grinding in the soul and R&B game for years, and it shows in every note he sings. Growing up in Manchester, Georgia, touring with a band as a kid, he learned early that nothing comes easy. He’s shared stages with legends, hit the Billboard charts, and built a following by keeping it real. In this interview, Harris talks about the hustle, the music that shaped him, and why he refuses to hold back.

After setting the industry ablaze largely due to the buzzing popularity of his first two bodies of work; The Crack Mixtape and White Lightning, native South Central rapper Glasses Malone, née Charles Phillip Penniman, inked a then unprecedented major distribution deal with Sony Urban Music in ‘05. 

Hailing from the Motor City, singer-songwriter-actress Terry Dexter initially began as a child prodigy whose first foray into performing professionally was at the tender age of 9. While serving as the lead vocalist for four piece band Tristar, Dexter would also go on to provide backgrounds for other artists; most notably Simply Red.
